This English version is the legally authoritative one for Ireland and for every country in which Takt is offered in English and for which no version of its own exists. For Germany and Austria, the German version (Impressum) is authoritative — there this English text is a translation to read along, and where the two versions differ, the German text governs.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG in accordance with general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we remove that content immediately.
Our offering contains references to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for that third-party content. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent. A permanent review of content without concrete indications of an infringement is not reasonable. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we remove such references immediately.
