Two ways: write to us if you need an answer. Tell us without a name if something catches your eye.
With a reply
Write to us
We reply as quickly as we can. Write in German or English, whichever you prefer.
Without a reply
Tell us what you notice
When something’s off, unclear or missing — and when something has helped. No name, no account. Three clicks, then send — text optional.
Please do not send health data by e-mail. Describe the problem, not your cycle: which device, which app version, what you did and what happened instead. How we handle your e-mail is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 8.
This is a translation. The German version is the authoritative one. Takt’s interface is currently German only — where this page names a place in the app, the menu path carries the German words, so that you find them on the screen in front of you rather than a translation that is not there.

Back up your data
A backup of your phone does not save your Takt history.
A new phone set up from a backup arrives without your cycle entries.
Create a backup — in the app’s More section, under the data group, choose the backup entry — “Back up your data”.
Cancelling
Cancellation runs through your store, not through us.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise the subscription renews. This applies to the free trial month as well.
The route through your store, refunds and withdrawal are set out in the Terms of Use, sections 5 and 6.
Bring your history over from your old app
If you are switching from another cycle app, you do not have to start from scratch. Takt has its own assistant for this: in the More section, under the data group, the entry for bringing your history over — “Get data” in English, Daten holen in German.
For Clue, Flo, drip and Natural Cycles there is a dedicated guide that takes you step by step through the export in your previous app. If you are coming from a different app, Takt reads a CSV table.
Anything that cannot be assigned unambiguously, Takt shows you instead of quietly guessing.
